Sebastian has been a valued member of the Vanbrugh Physio team since 2022. He started on his journey to becoming a massage therapist in 2020. Sebastian had spent the previous 12 years working as a qualified chef in professional kitchens. Over time, however, he began to experience burnout and started to reflect on what path he might pursue next. The answer that consistently resonated with him was massage therapy.
From the moment he began his massage therapy education, Sebastian recognised the importance of the profession. He developed a deep understanding of how to care for the body by improving sleep, managing stress, and preventing injury – and he’s committed to sharing this knowledge with his patients.
Sebastian brings enthusiasm, positivity, and a genuine desire to help others to each session. He finds great joy in meeting new people and enhancing their well-being through his hands.

Sebastian was a singer in church as a kid and every time he eats raw onion, he gets a headache after a few minutes.

“I am a waitress, and because of my profession I suffer from shoulders and lower back pain.
