Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
I’m a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over four years of clinical experience working in private MSK practice. I have an international background, having studied in the Netherlands and worked clinically in Italy, which has shaped a flexible, open, and patient-centered approach to care.
I treat a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a strong focus on lower-limb injuries, including post-operative hip and knee rehabilitation, acute knee injuries and ankle sprains, as well as tendinopathies and muscle injuries, particularly adductor-related, hamstring and calf strains. I also regularly work with people experiencing longer-standing or non-specific pain.
My approach is evidence-based and centred on thorough assessment, clear clinical reasoning and honest communication. I place a strong emphasis on empowering patients by helping them understand their condition and take an active role in their rehabilitation, using practical and progressive strategies that support long-term improvement.
Outside the clinic, I’m passionate about sport and fitness, particularly golf, and enjoy staying active and following a wide range of sports. This interest strongly influences how I approach rehabilitation, performance and return-to-activity planning with the people I work with.

An interesting fact no one would know:

I follow a wide range of sports, challenge me to name one I haven’t heard of!
