Lydia White

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Lydia grew up in south-east Queensland, Australia, and has recently relocated to the UK. She brings diverse clinical experience across acute and aged care, community health, chronic pain, and sports and musculoskeletal conditions.

Lydia’s interest in physiotherapy developed following her training as a professional dancer. With over 13 years of experience in dance performance and teaching, she has a particular interest in treating performing artists and worked closely with dancers in Australia. She enjoys working with all patients at every stage of life and with a wide range of goals, and loves that every day as a physiotherapist looks slightly different.

Lydia takes a collaborative approach to care and is committed to delivering evidence-based treatment to achieve the best possible outcomes. Trained in Clinical Pilates and with a strong grounding in strength and conditioning, she combines hands-on therapy with tailored exercise programmes and movement retraining. Her priority is that all patients feel supported and confident throughout their rehabilitation.

Outside the clinic, Lydia enjoys keeping active through running, Pilates and strength training. She loves to travel whenever she can, and is rarely far from a good coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
