Lorcan is a recent graduate of Coventry University, where he earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Physiotherapy in 2023. He joined the Vanbrugh Physio team with a strong foundation in both clinical knowledge and practical experience.
His interest in physiotherapy began early. An avid football player, he spent more time with physiotherapists than he would have liked. His experiences ignited a fascination with the profession; he was inspired by the power of physiotherapy in helping individuals return to the activities they love.
Lorcan has built valuable experience across a variety of settings, including the NHS, private practice, and with sports teams such as Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) and football clubs. He has treated a broad spectrum of conditions from these experiences, from acute injuries to long-term musculoskeletal issues.
Lorcan brings a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and personalised care to every patient interaction. Whether they are returning to sport, recovering from an injury, or managing ongoing pain, Lorcan is dedicated to helping patients feel stronger, move better, and regain confidence in their everyday lives.
Outside the clinic, Lorcan stays active in the gym, on the pitch, and running through Greenwich.
An interesting fact no one would know:
Lorcan represented Ireland at U18 level.
