Bella grew up in Australia and was drawn to physiotherapy through her interest in movement and the problem-solving side of the profession. She loved the idea of working closely with people and helping them understand their bodies, and physio quickly became the perfect blend of science, movement, and practical problem-solving. She has worked across sports and private practice settings, treating a wide mix of patients.
Over time, she has developed a particular interest in head and neck conditions, including concussion and post-concussion symptoms, as well as running-related injuries. Bella enjoys taking the time to understand the root cause of an issue, especially when it comes to complex neck or movement-related problems. With training in Clinical Pilates and a strong grounding in strength and conditioning, she takes a collaborative and detail-focused approach to treatment. Bella combines hands-on therapy with tailored exercise programmes and movement retraining, always aiming to help patients feel confident, capable, and well-supported throughout their recovery.
Outside the clinic, Bella can usually be found keeping active herself – whether that’s Pilates, running, or strength training. She also enjoys exploring the UK, finding new coffee spots, and making the most of the outdoors whenever she can.
