Ioannis began his career in healthcare as an assistant physiotherapist, an experience that set the foundation for his future practice and established his passion for helping individuals to improve their quality of life. Driven by a strong commitment to continuous professional development, he went on to study Osteopathy, where his growing interest in sports-related injuries and human performance naturally led him to pursue a Masterâs degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine at Leeds Beckett University.
Throughout his academic and professional journey, he has developed both personally and clinically, gaining valuable experience across diverse healthcare settings in Greece, the United Kingdom, and France. These experiences have shaped his adaptable, culturally aware, and well-rounded approach to patient care.
Ioannis has a strong passion for promoting the benefits of manual therapy and recovery-based treatment approaches, not only for musculoskeletal injuries but across a wide range of pain presentations and movement-related conditions. He adopts a patient-centred and holistic treatment philosophy, tailoring each rehabilitation programme to the individualâs needs, goals, and lifestyle. His approach combines hands-on treatment, movement-based rehabilitation, and education to support long-term recovery and resilience.
Motivated by continual learning and new challenges, Ioannis values collaboration and takes pride in empowering patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, helping them return to optimal function and performance.
