Ashley is a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over six years of clinical experience within a central London NHS trust. Her passion for physiotherapy began following her own ankle fracture sustained while playing netball at school. Experiencing first-hand the rehabilitation process and return to sport, alongside the people-centred nature of care, inspired her to pursue physiotherapy at university.
Ashley has developed broad specialist experience across fracture clinic rehabilitation, hand therapy and hydrotherapy. She also has a specialist interest in pelvic health, with over a year of experience treating antenatal and postnatal patients within the NHS. She is particularly passionate about empowering female athletes to return to sport both safely and confidently.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ashley worked on high dependency units, providing respiratory care and rehabilitation support for ventilated patients. She continues to work full time in the NHS, managing patients with both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
Ashley is currently expanding her skill set through APPI Matwork Pilates Level 1, with plans to become a fully certified Pilates instructor. She is also completing her acupuncture training and will qualify in March 2026.
Outside of the clinic, Ashley enjoys staying active through CrossFit and tennis, and loves exploring London’s café and food scene.
