Sophie grew up in Adelaide, South Australia and graduated as a Physiotherapist from the University of South Australia in 2022. Since then, she has become a dedicated practitioner with a passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation and sports injury management. Sophie has gained valuable experience in high-performance sporting environments in Australia.
Her background includes management of both AFL football and netball teams at club and state levels, providing acute injury care, postoperative rehabilitation and tailored return-to-play programs. In addition to her studies, she has also completed the Level 1 and 2 APA Sports Physiotherapy courses, which have assisted her in managing athletic and active populations.
Sophie brings her passion for movement and expertise in Clinical Pilates to the clinic, to support clients of all backgrounds recover from injury, improve movement and achieve their goals. You will often find her in the Pilates studio, where she loves running group classes, taking one-on-one sessions, or even putting herself through a session.
Outside of work, Sophie loves to travel and explore. She’s looking forward to working her way through Europe and the UK in the next few years.

In 2017, Sophie became a certified Scuba Diver in Koh Tao, Thailand.
