Clinical Team

Do you have a positive persona that makes patients want to come back and see you time and time again? Are you a self-starter? Are you able to connect and engage with people on a personal level (not just a clinical skill level)? Do you love helping people find solutions to their problems when nobody else has? And do you have time for patients over and above their allocated clinical time.

Do you love to learn and are you committed to being part of a team that puts patients and not professional ego first? Are you flexible and open to change? Do you view the opportunity to learn and enhance your manual therapy skills as a privilege and not something you should be paid to do?

Testimonials from our team

Clinical Staff Testimonial
I am an immediate past team member of the Vanbrugh Team, having left in October 2019 to have my first baby. I worked at Vanbrugh for eight incredible years. Never have I worked with such an enthusiastic, connected and friendly team; from the leadership and administration support to the fantastic clinicians. This positive environment makes your work well balanced with efficiency, fun and kindness.

The clinic provides excellent CPD and career opportunities and these have enabled me to develop as a professional and build on my areas of clinical interest. Darren takes a real interest in your career progression and his mentoring has been invaluable over the years, building my confidence and expertise from hands on techniques to managing complex cases.

The patients are suburb and the clinics long reputation of excellence shines through, ensuring your working day is truly filled with enjoyment and job satisfaction!

Vanbrugh Physiotherapy Clinic really is a wonderful place to work and I highly recommend doing whatever you need to the join the team.

Clinical Support Team Testimonial

I have had the pleasure of working with Darren and Vanbrugh Physiotherapy Clinic since 2010. My journey started as a part time receptionist whilst studying for my GCSE’s – my first ever job. I felt so supported and learnt so many valuable skills in communication and customer service.

I continued my part time role whilst starting college but eventually took on a full time reception role in the clinic. I really enjoyed being part of a business whose entire reason for being was to help people. In late 2014 I was promoted to Lead Receptionist. I had worked so closely with everyone in the management team, it was so an honour to be offered this role.

Darren and Adam, the clinic’s Business Director really nutured and encouraged my learning and development, helping me develop all the skills I needed for the role. It was a steep learning curve.

I decided it was time to explore other avenues and began a new role in 2017 in the City. I experienced a different environment and continued developing the skills I learned over the years at Vanbrugh. Through the next two years, I still worked very part time at the clinic as part of the reception team.

I soon came to realise that my heart belonged at the clinic and was delighted to meet with Darren and for him to welcome me back full time.

I re-joined the team full time in November 2019 as Client Care Co-ordinator, a new role created to facilitate and foster even better patient focused care and customer service. I am loving it.

The clinics friendly, helpful and family orientated atmosphere is something that I absolutely love. The fact that the reason we all come to work is to help others achieve their goals is truly something the clinic oozes and I for one am proud to be a part of.
