That dream is now a reality and our beautiful new, state-of- the-art clinic in Greenwich has been carefully designed and built with your success in mind.
No more rushing around to multiple locations all over town. We’ve brought together a team of highly experienced and skilled clinicians and therapists, in an inspiring space, so you can benefit from the very best care, with everything you need to achieve your health and wellbeing goals, all in one amazing space.
Physiotherapy
Living with pain or restricted movement, and not being able to do the things you love, is no fun. Physiotherapy is about helping you get back to moving freely, functioning normally and living without pain.
Our highly-skilled physiotherapists treat a wide range of conditions, and have a whole body approach that starts with listening to what’s going on for you and how the problem is impacting your life.
We get to the root cause of your problem and create a customised treatment plan that is specific to you. Our clients experience permanent relief from pain, allowing them to move better, live better and achieve things they never thought possible.
To get back moving freely, without pain or restrictive movement, call now to book an appointment with one of our physio team or read on for more information.
Soft Tissue Therapy
We know that life can be hectic! Our modern lives are busy, but often sedentary, which can lead to poor posture, tight muscles and restrictive movement. If left untreated, these everyday aches and niggles can turn into bigger problems, such as chronic pain and/or even injuries.
But it doesn’t have to be that way. Soft Tissue Therapy combines sports massage with techniques derived from Physiotherapy and Osteopathy, to release unwanted muscle tension and to enhance your body’s own healing process.
It’s time to take care of you! Simply book an appointment with our Soft Tissue Therapy team or, for more information, read on.
Clinical Pilates
Many of the problems we see in clinic are due to the way patients are moving, or even sitting, as a result of the job they have, the sport they play or previous injuries they’ve sustained.
However, by trying to protect the problem area, our bodies learn unhelpful ways of moving, using different muscles, which can then create a new set of problems. It can feel like an exhausting, never-ending cycle.
Clinical Pilates helps you break that cycle. Using specialist equipment, our instructors can identify poor movement patterns, and help you retrain your body to use the right muscles at the right time.
So many of our patients love this highly-focused movement and exercise based approach, that also helps you strengthen your core, improve balance and flexibility, and achieve your health and fitness goals. The benefits just keep coming!

Anti-Gravity Treadmill (Alter-G)
Trying to exercise after surgery or injury can be painful and difficult. Many of our patients are nervous about putting weight through their lower limbs due to pain. But, avoiding this vital exercise can slow down your recovery, and make getting back to doing the things you love more difficult.
The Alter-G allows you to start walking and running much earlier in your rehab program, by reducing the amount of body weight going through your lower limbs. Exercising in this safe and controlled way, free from pain, encourages normal muscle function – so important in the early stages of rehab.
To find out how the Alter-G can help you achieve your health and fitness goals, call us to speak to one of our team or read on for more information.
Personal Training
Many of our patients want to improve their strength and cardiovascular fitness but don’t know where to start. Knowing which exercises to do and how much weight to lift or push can be minefield. And understanding how to train if you have an injury or are recovering from one can be terrifying. We also know that for many it can be a daunting and intimidating experience joining a gym.
Our Personal Trainers will take all those worries away; becoming your personal coach, someone who will listen to your goals, guide and support you, and design a program that will be safe, fun and help you achieve your health & wellbeing goals. They have the knowledge and experience to help you be your very best.

Shockwave Therapy
The main tendinopathies (tendon problems) we see are of the Achilles tendon, patellar (kneecap) tendon, tendons around the inside & outside of the elbow (golfer’s & tennis elbow) and the gluteal tendons behind the hip. Plantar Fasciitis (or pain in the heel and arch of the foot) is another very common type of injury that responds well to Shockwave Therapy.
Shockwave Therapy is an effective, non-invasive treatment that helps alleviate the pain and discomfort of tendon pain, and dramatically helps kick-start the healing process. Usually requiring 4-6 treatments, shockwave therapy works alongside your physiotherapy program to help you get back on track with your rehab program, and, returning to the things you love doing.
Shockwave has also been shown to effectively treat chronic muscle tightness that won’t respond to the usual treatment of deep tissue massage, acupuncture, or dry needling. It’s great for chronic calf, shoulder and neck and gluteal muscle tightness.
