STAY AT HOME SERIES

I’m pleased to introduce you to our #StayAtHome Blog Post Series. With much of the country currently in lockdown, we wanted to be able to provide useful tips and advice to help you successfully navigate these challenging and unprecedented times. Whilst we are all committed to working together to beat COVID-19, protect the NHS & ultimately save lives, being able to sustain and adhere to these guidelines is probably the greatest personal challenge of all for many of us.

Your Physio Team have pulled together to bring to you some helpful tips, stretches, exercises and advice to help you navigate the coming weeks. I hope you find these helpful.

We continue to be here for you during these times. We are on hand to continue to provide you with the first class physiotherapy care you’ve come to expect from us. Please take a look at my vlog post where I introduce our Virtual Physio Consultations. In the meantime take a look at the great posts the team have put together. Please leave us a comment, get in touch, share our content with your family and friends. This is our first proper foray into blogging, as part of our new website. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as we enjoyed pulling this together for you.
