Bio:
I am a NZ born and Australian qualified physiotherapist. I started my career in Melbourne, working in a private clinic alongside various sporting clubs, most notably the Melbourne Demons Football Club (AFL).
I have grown up leading an active lifestyle and having experienced the physical and mental benefits of this, I am dedicated to helping everyone move more, move better and find joy in movement.
My approach to rehabilitation combines active techniques, manual therapy, and education to empower individuals to reduce pain, restore movement and achieve lasting benefits.
I love working with a diverse range clientele and presentations but having completed extra training in shoulder management, and having been a competitive swimmer (and representing New Zealand nationally), I have a passion for shoulder injuries.
When I am not working you can find me exploring London’s best coffee shops and bakeries (I’m always on the hunt for the best toasties). I love to stay active through swimming, running, going to the gym or playing basketball. I’m also a keen surfer and hiker.
