Testimonial:
As a self employed Personal Trainer it is vital that I keep myself mobile, despite advanced arthritis in my knees, hands and feet and a titanium rod and 4 screws in my lower back. I’ve been coming to Vanbrugh Physiotherapy since 2007 and have found all the services I’ve accessed to be superb. Natasha is an amazing masseuse, incredibly empathetic and knowledgeable. On my very first session with her she noticed that my neck was stiff – I had literally just twisted it awkwardly minutes before – and by the time I left the pain was totally gone. My sessions with Natasha are now an important and regular part of my health regime and without her I really would struggle. She keeps me moving fluidly and sorts out any new pains before they have a chance to take hold.

Bio:

Hi, I’m Natasha and I joined the Vanbrugh Team in 2018. I’m a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and training for my MSc in Osteopathy at the London School of Osteopathy. In my previous life, I worked in the IT field for over 20 years, managing and overseeing teams. I am acutely aware of the stresses of modern day life, and the aches and pains this may create and I enjoy helping individuals manage and overcome these stresses through massage therapy.

Being an active person, I’ve also participated in several sporting events including running and triathlon so have experienced first hand the benefits massage has for athletes of all abilities during both training and competition. I also completed a Pregnancy Massage course in 2018 and have found it to be so beneficial for women experiencing low back and pelvic pain during their pregnancy. Many people assume that Sports Massage is a really deep tissue massage technique, but it doesn’t have to be. During the massage I really listen to my patients and adjust the techniques according to their needs. I really believe that through massage I can help individuals ease tight muscles, enhance circulation, reduce pain and stress, and enhance day to day quality of life.

Away from work, you’ll find me mostly studying at the moment, but I also enjoy Pilates as my exercise of choice.

An interesting fact about you no one would know (until now):
