Testimonial:
I had a fantastic experience working with Michelle. I went to see Michelle after I’d had surgery on my big toe.

She explained the rehabilitation process and guided me every step of the way. I’ve seen a massive improvement, and I can’t thank Michelle enough for her help & support. Highly recommended.

Bio:

Hi, I’m Michelle and I have a passion for getting people moving in whatever shape or form makes them happy. I have always been an active person, ready to take on any sport or activity and I want to help as many people as possible achieve their goals, no matter how big or small.

Having played netball at a state and national level in Australia, and Premier League 1 here in England, I know how disappointing it can be to be injured and unable to do what you love. This is why I not only focus on getting rid of a patient’s pain, but also addressing the underlying issue, to make sure that it doesn’t come back.

One of my passions is teaching Clinical Pilates, which I do in both individually and in a group setting. I love watching patients get stronger and more mobile through Pilates and prevent flare ups for people that have recurring or chronic pain or injuries.

I am proactive with my treatment and will use the many skills I have in my kitbag to help patients get back to doing the things they love as soon as possible. These include massage, mobilisation, dry needling, exercise prescription and of course Clinical Pilates. I will always take a holistic approach to rehabilitation, making sure to assess the whole body and discuss any lifestyle factors that may need to be addressed to help you achieve your goals.

I have a passion for helping mums and mums-to-be and can do pre and postnatal screenings for return to exercise, rectus abdominus muscle checks, pelvic floor training and treat different types of pelvic or ligament pain. I also have significant experience with sports injuries, having worked with netball, Australian Rules football, gymnastics and basketball teams.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find me with my friends and family on the tennis court, the golf course or out in the countryside on a walk or bicycle ride. I love exploring London, having only recently moved back from Australia, and finding new markets and restaurants to try. So, hit me up with your recommendations! And of course, I am always looking for the next sunny European destination to visit.

I look forward to meeting you in the clinic and helping you achieve your goals!

An interesting fact about you no one would know (until now):
I did Grade 8 violin when I was about 15 years old, although don’t ask me to play now…
