Testimonial:
I came for help when over enthusiastic engagement with a rowing machine resulted in pain and sensitivity in my hands. Giusy diagnosed referred pain from incorrect shoulder use. She provided appropriate exercises to stretch and strengthen, massage, and posture correction on the machine. We advanced to ’needling’ to improve my knotted shoulders. The combined impact has been very really effective. I have enjoyed my sessions with Giusy as well as benefitting enormously from them. I’d highly recommend Giusy to my family & friends.

Bio:

Hi, my name is Giusy!

After finishing my studies in Italy, I moved to London in 2015 to develop my career.

My ambition to work as a physiotherapist is the result of a number of factors. I have appreciated the immense value of physiotherapeutic intervention through my brother’s experience. About 15 years ago, he injured his knee and he spent a few weeks in hospital following surgery. He benefited from an intensive rehab program and was supported in many different areas which allowed his recovery fully. Following his journey and seeing him getting better week by week, I was inspired and fascinated to learn much more about the way physiotherapy works and also to understand the impact physiotherapists can have on patients’ lives.

Since then I have been committed to provide care and support for those with musculoskeletal conditions. I am very much aware of the types of injury the body can undergo, and of the value of the non-invasive methods in healing trauma and giving people the chance to return to normal or even a better life.

I’m a very approachable, polite and very precise when it comes to understanding patients needs and what they really want to achieve during their recovery. I’m also compassionate, ambitious and determined in helping every patient succeed in their goals.

I’m very active and love sports, going on long cycles with my beloved Bianchi Bike I also like being creative and I tend to spend my days off painting or sketching! Needleless to say – 99% powered by Coffee.

An interesting fact about you no one would know (until now):

I’m a brown belt In Judo! I trained for about 9 years and used to do National Competition.
