Bio:
My journey into physiotherapy started as a teenager when I discovered Yumeiho, a Japanese holistic manual therapy. It sparked my fascination with the human body and ignited my passion for helping people heal and achieve their best well-being. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy in 2013 from Medical College, Varna, Bulgaria, and went on to complete a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy in 2018 at the National Sport Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Over the years, I’ve worked in Private practices and NHS in the UK, as well as held senior physiotherapy roles internationally. I have experience treating a wide range of conditions, from sports injuries and post-surgery recovery to chronic pain and cardio-respiratory paediatric, neurological, oncological conditions.
Today, I’m dedicated to combining my knowledge, skills, and holistic approach to help clients recover and achieve their health goals.
